All that we have and are, Believer, is all only due to God’s grace and has nothing to do with our own achievements. Paul said, “I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.”

But as we know God knows his plans for us, when you come to crossroads in your life’s, walk acknowledge the Lord who has foreknowledge of your tomorrow’s secrets and then simply trust his plans for your future.

If Jesus prayed for healing and taught healing then we have no choice in the matter but are obliged to pray for the sick and expect God to do what God always done.

If you’re facing opposition to God’s call then here’s my advice: zip it! If God has called you then he will watch over and defend his calling. Just make sure that you are walking in the truth.

To be a Christian is, indeed to be a body part of Christ but meeting with other Christians is to be part of the body of Christ. And where the believers come together in unity, God commands his blessing!

I dug into my shirt pocket and retrieved my little “just-in-case-I-need-it” notepad and, as I ripped it apart, I saw that barrier in my dream lift like a weight off my shoulders.

God's grace is twofold: grace saves and grace empowers. So, to stop doing what you have been called to do, because you feel unworthy to do it is to insult God’s grace.

When we acknowledge God we recognise his knowledge of who we are and submit our plans to his foreknowledge of our lives. The effect of this? The Lord God will direct our paths.

Oswald Chambers said, “We have to pray with our eyes on God, not on the difficulties.” See, the Lord is already on the other side of your difficulty making way for you to join him there.

With eyes closed and hands folded we miss God's purposes for our lives. It's time to “Wake up! Strengthen what remains.”

When you acknowledge God in all your ways, by his word, you set in motion his plans. See, his word will keep you rigid in position so you can track his purpose for your life.

God sees you from the womb to the tomb. So step back and let him guide you by his Word and Spirit. After all God sees your life’s big picture.

God who called you is faithful and will use you in ways you would never have imagined.

In Christ you are changed for the good, for good and he is always with you through every change of life you undergo. So allow him to be your constant in the heat of change.

Jesus told us to personally ask, seek and knock. Like the great lioness stalking her prey through the African scrub we are called to personally track God’s will for our lives.

No one knows exactly when a baby will be born or the moment life will end. No one knows exactly when he/she will meet their life’s partner or the timing of any other great event in life. Scripture says, “In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps,” (Proverbs 16:9).

As Christians we live by God’s economy. The Bible says he will meet our needs according to his riches in Christ. So if you’re in Christ then you’re in the same place as the riches of God.

God-tracking requires making a decision: do I follow Christ or do my own thing? In Revelation Jesus instructs the church in Laodicea, “…because you are lukewarm - neither hot nor cold - I am about to spit you out of my mouth.” I don’t know about you but I know that I too need to pick a chair and sit on it.

Like an oak tree surrendering its leaves in autumn only to regain many more vibrant green ones in the spring, you too can be glorious in your dying.

Ask any of Jesus’ disciples what it’s like to be in over their head, or better yet, ask Jesus himself in Gethsemane. So set your eyes on Jesus today and believe that God will provide.

And so it was by his own initiative that he reconciled me to himself through the cross of Christ. But, unless I obey his command and surrender my life to him, I will never again walk with him in the cool of the day.

God-tracking requires step-by-step faith. Only God knows how long and where the path leads and only by acknowledging the Lord step-by-step will be see the way forward in clarity.

So if you're looking for God's will then fill your heart and mind with understanding by the knowledge of his word and the application wisdom in prayer by his Spirit. This is what God-tracking is all about.

“Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Saviour.” Remember, the Lord is your provider. What promise; what prospect!

“Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.” (Heb 4:7). Remember, God looks at our hearts and not our hands.

Tracking the plans and purposes of God begins at the cross. If being a God-tracker means being on-track with God’s purposes then fix your eyes on Jesus at the cross and trust him to author your life.

There is no need for us to lug those sad emotions around with us anymore. If you're heavy burdened come to Jesus, unpack your holdall and travel light!

If you’re at the edge of your tomorrow, wondering what lies ahead then, in faith, explore one day at a time by God's charts.

Let's stop assuming that God has spoken when he is silent and stop blaming God for being silent when it is we who are not listening. So don't cluttering your prayer-waves; quietly listen to God’s heart.

The Bible is God’s inspired word to us and the source of his plan for salvation and service. And the Bible does not stand alone, because the Holy Spirit, who inspired its writing, activates it in our lives today.

As you seek to track God’s purposes for your life, be encouraged to keep your eyes on Jesus and your nose in the Bible.

But sometimes, when it seems that we don’t get what you want, know this our heavenly Father knows what is good for us and what will sting us.

Sin’s like ice. If we drop our guard and linger there we will become frozen by its icy grip. So don’t waste a moment. Admit your sin to God and he who is faithful and just, will forgive you and purify you from all unrighteousness.

Jesus commissioned us to be his witnesses throughout the world. If you know Christ as Lord then you have a responsibility to spread this Good News to those around you so that they too may have the chance to be infected with faith. Faith Is Contagious. So Open Your Mouth and Spread It.

Keep your eye fixed on his hand and never look away. Just watch and wait, in his time a crumb will drop from his table and you’ll know what to do next.

The Bible says, “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints,” (Ephesians 6:18). So why not put a name on your hand today, and pray?

He exchanged his perfect garment with my muddied work clothes so that I could be clothed in him. So if you desire the blessings of God then change clothes with the Master.

Jesus said, “my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Christ's good works have set me free from striving for my own good works. Today I yoke with Jesus to rise on the winds of his Spirit.

Funny how we often prescribe to God how he should do things? For example, I often find myself instructing the Creator on the science of healing. I tend to forget that God knows a little more about the laws of nature than I do! After all, God is God and I am not. So let's trust God to do things his way and expect a blessing.

Who knows the lives you may touch along the way or the impact you may have on others as you stop off from time to time to rest with a friend? So remain on God’s track even if it takes you from “A” to “Z” and then to “B”.

So it is with those who track God’s will. Listen: “And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus,” (Phil 4:19). That's faith in a nutshell!”

So as you track God’s plans continue to acknowledge him and remember he knows your shape. God’s purposes are deliberate and they’re exclusively designed to fit only you.

It’s clear that as you track God’s purposes in this world you will face difficulties, which may leave you feeling a bit like Chippie. But take heart. Jesus said he has overcome the world. In Christ you can face any showdown with joy. So continue to sing even when you’ve been sucked in, washed up, and blown over!
